Kiwanis is a global organization of volunteers dedicated to improving the world one child and one community at a time.
The Kiwanis Club of Mountain View has proudly served the local community for 100 years through a wide variety of service projects, leadership initiatives, youth programs, and fundraising efforts that support children, families, seniors, and community organizations throughout the region.
Since its founding in 1926, the club and the Kiwanis Foundation of Mountain View have contributed more than $4 million in grants and scholarships back to the community, helping support educational programs, local nonprofits, youth development, health and human care services, and projects that strengthen the quality of life in Mountain View and neighboring communities.
As part of Kiwanis International, a worldwide organization serving children and communities for over a century, the Kiwanis Club of Mountain View also sponsors and advises Key Clubs at local high schools throughout Silicon Valley. Members work closely with students by supporting leadership development, community service projects, and attendance at leadership conferences, helping young people develop the confidence, organizational skills, and spirit of service that will benefit them for a lifetime.
As we celebrate our 100th Anniversary, we honor the generations of volunteers, community leaders, and supporters whose dedication and service have helped build a stronger, more caring Mountain View community.
